5. Packing, transportation and storage
a. Cable should be properly packed by cable reel according to requirements of JB/T 8137-1999 for the delivery
b. Cable should be stored in avoidance of open airand cable reel is not allowed to be kept flatly
C. When liting packages,it is not allowed to lift several reels.Forbid to throw reel with cable from upside during transportation.
1kVAerial Insulated Cable
1. Application
It is manufactured under GB 12527-2008.The standard adopts IEC502,IEC227,used to insulate aerial cable on the aerial power line of AC rated voltage 1KV or below.
2. Operation Features
a. The max.long-term operating temperature of conductor :PVC,PE insulation is no more the 70 C ,XLPE insulation is no more than 90°C .
b. The environment temperature of cable should be nor more than 10°C .
c. Allowed bending radius of cable ,outer radius(D) that is less than 25mm should be no smaller than 15D.If be equal or bigger than 25mm,should be smaller than 20D.
Note:(1 )auxiliay line core K is carrying line cire or medium line core with carrying.According to requirements of project, choose any section to match main line core.

10kV Insulated Aerial Cable
1. Application
It is manufactured according to GB/T 14049- 2008, suitable to the aerial power line where Cu core or Al core XLPE or high tensity PE is used for AC rated voltage 10(12)KV.
2. Operation Features
a. The Max permitted working temperature of the cable’s conductor(cable having surporting structure) is: XLPE insulated electric power cable 75C .
b. When under short circuit, (the Max lasting time is not over 5s), the highest temperature of the cable should not over: XLPE insulation 250C,HDPE insulation 150C .
c. When laying, the temperature should not be lower than- -20C
d. The permitted bending raduis should not be less than the diameter of cylinder that had been used for bending test.
