Industry-University-Research Results Again | Delixi Post-Doctoral Scientific Research Workstation Ushered in the Ninth Doctor

On the morning of June 2, the postdoctoral opening report meeting of Xi'an Jiaotong University Tong Ang Xin was held in Delixi Industrial Park. Delixi Group, Xi'an Jiaotong University, Fuzhou University, Wenzhou Vocational and Technical College, Wenzhou Institute of Electronic Technology and other relevant experts and professors were invited to form a review team to review the project. This is the ninth Ph.D. received by Delixi Postdoctoral Research Workstation.

Dr. Tong Angxin aimed at the improvement of AC contactors, the core product of industrial control in the low-voltage electrical industry, a pillar industry in Wenzhou, and introduced the new technology application of artificial intelligence, and proposed the research topic of "Visualization Technology of AC Contactors Based on Artificial Intelligence Technology". This subject puts forward a new idea of dynamic optimization design of AC contactor closing/maintaining/breaking process, which reduces contact bounce during closing process, realizes energy saving, noise reduction and arc-free breaking. Add local display and Ethernet communication functions to the AC contactor through software to realize the human-computer interaction and remote monitoring capabilities of the AC contactor. This project can solve the current engineering application problems of AC contactors, which have many factors affecting the closing/holding/breaking process and cannot achieve dynamic optimization.

At the meeting, the experts discussed the voltage excitation, contactor contact life affected by environmental factors, how to do dust-proof treatment, the feasibility of artificial intelligence algorithm shift value, arc-free breaking test and other aspects involved in the subject, and proposed made several suggestions. The experts agreed that the topic selected by Dr. Ang Xin has good theoretical guiding significance and practical application value for the continuous innovation of AC contactors, the core product of low-voltage electrical industrial control.

Tong Angxin’s pre-doctoral research is solid, the supervisor is an authoritative expert in the industry, the workstation is undertaken by a leading enterprise in the industry, the conditions for carrying out various work are perfect, the post-doctoral work direction is clear, the research plan is reasonable, the technical route is feasible, and the work tasks are full. The expected results are rich in content. The expert group unanimously agreed to approve Tong Angxin's postdoctoral proposal report.

Delixi Group Postdoctoral Scientific Research Workstation was established in April 2000 with the approval of the Ministry of Personnel. It is the first national postdoctoral scientific research workstation established in a private enterprise in Wenzhou City. Up to now, it has undertaken 1 national postdoctoral fund project and 1 Zhejiang Province Selective funding projects, a number of provincial new products and invention patents, and published 50 papers.
